Greenhouse Seminar – Vegetable Gardening – Extending the Seasons

Are you thinking about spring?
Want to extend the growing and harvest season in your garden by months?  Learn special techniques that lengthen your gardens life.
We have the answers at Sandyvale Memorial Gardens.  Join us for this 3rd seminar in a series of four on gardening inside and outside your home.  Classes take place inside a working greenhouse located at 80 Hickory Street Johnstown, PA 15902 across from the Auto Zone.

Sessions will be held by Ron McIntosh, host of the former “Green Grower” gardening program which aired in the 1980’s on WJAC-TV6.

$15/per person, each class will be two hours – 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Hands-on-learning opportunities will be offered and refreshments will be served at each session.

Class size is limited to 30 seats per session.  Bring a cap and sunglasses on sunny days and a folding chair if you wish, wooden benches are available.
